Patient Ruddy Cyteman presented to his physician with a fractured foot from a falling garage door. The patient also has a slight fever and noted that he had dark-colored urine this morning. The foot was noted for marked swelling, ecchymosis, and discoloration of the mid-foot. The patient also presented with fatigue, which had been worsening over the past several months. He admits his diet does not include much fruits and vegetables, legumes, or fortified breads or cereals. He states consuming raw whole milk, coconut oil, and hotdogs is all he needs for a healthy keto diet. The physician suspects there may be multiple conditions present in the patient. His PBS results are on the next slide. Given the B12 results and bone marrow, what do you now suspect is the cause of one of the conditions of Ruddy? 7. What condition is likely from the DAT test, urine hemoglobin, and reticulocytes and what CD markers are affected? 8.
