When building consumer relationships, we must consider the staff that will be providing the service. Hiring the right staff for the job is imperative to provide proper customer service. Working with mental health patients I see it every day, staff that truly care for the patient’s wellbeing and staff that are there for a paycheck. It is sad because in the end it is the patients that will suffer when staff do not care or take stock into their job. How would you rate consumer relations at your physician’s office or nearest medical facility?
