[Solved]: Scenarlo Mr

Scenarlo Mr. Jacob Reed, a 72 year-old patient, is 4 hours post-alteplase for an ischemic stroke. He was initially alert with right-sided hemiparesis and expressive aphasia. During reassessment, the nurse notices new-onset confusion, right pupil dilation, and a drop in GCS from 14 to 10 . An ABG shows
